I partner with successful, values-driven CEOs who want to love their entire life as much as they love their thriving business. Together, we assess what needs to be in place for the company to continue to grow without constant CEO involvement: leadership roles, systems, decision pathways, and support structures. I connect leaders with the professionals and services needed and stay alongside them as these supports are implemented. I also guide the equally important inner transition: loosening their grip, trusting others, and no longer carrying everything. From there, I support intentional re-integration into life beyond work: deepening self-connection, strengthening relationships, and re-engaging with hobbies, travel, and experiences that bring meaning and joy.
