Who I Am & What I Do
Hi, I’m Lindsay Smith. I’m a licensed therapist of 20 years, a CEO coach, a keynote speaker, and the founder of Zestia.
I built two thriving Silicon Valley counseling centers, set them up to run with about five hours of my time a month, and sold them in early 2025. That experience taught me something I now build everything around: success and joy are two different skills, and you can have both.
Today, I help people have both, in three ways. I coach CEOs whose businesses are already thriving, so they can step back, reclaim their time, and love their whole life. I speak to leaders and teach a simple framework for leading and succeeding in a way that amplifies their joy instead of draining it. And I created Zestia, my personal growth app, to ignite joy, confidence, and a deeper love for life.
