What I Do
I work with established business owners and leadership teams who are feeling stretched by complexity or repetitive work. These are companies with solid people and processes already in place, but not always working together as efficiently as they could. I help leaders identify where AI, automation, and better workflows can reduce friction and improve quality without disrupting what’s already working. The focus is on leveraging existing tools, simplifying how work moves through the organization, and up-skilling teams so modern technology supports people rather than replaces them. My role blends strategy with hands-on AI training and automation building, helping businesses modernize in a practical, human-centered way.
What I Do
Raj Sanghvi is the founder of Bitcot, a San Diego software and AI engineering firm he has built into a team of 200+ engineers, designers, and strategists over the past decade. A hands-on technologist, Raj has personally shipped applications used by millions and now leads Bitcot's work building custom AI agents, automation accelerators, and digital products for clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies, including Stanford, ResMed, Scripps, Fox, and Dick's Sporting Goods. His focus today is helping founders and CEOs replace outdated systems and manual workflows with practical AI solutions that take real work off their plates. He also hosts the How Do U AI podcast, where operators and builders share how they are actually putting AI to work inside their companies.
How I Help CEOs Get Time Back
I help CEOs step out of being the constant problem-solver by reducing the operational drag that quietly consumes their time. As workflows become clearer and teams are better supported by automation and AI, fewer decisions and follow-ups require the CEO’s involvement. I’m especially passionate about helping leaders and teams work more intentionally, freeing people up to do the uniquely human work that drives the business forward. The result is less reactive leadership, more focus on strategy and relationships, and confidence that the business can run well without the CEO in the middle of everything.
How I Help CEOs Get Time Back
Most CEOs I work with sit in the middle of every decision, approval, and status update, pulled into work that should never reach their desk. My team builds the AI agents, automations, and internal tools that quietly handle it in the background, so your team stops waiting on you, your inbox stops running your day, and your calendar opens up for the work only a CEO can do. The result: fewer fires, faster execution, and your time back.
