I help CEOs step out of being the constant problem-solver by reducing the operational drag that quietly consumes their time. As workflows become clearer and teams are better supported by automation and AI, fewer decisions and follow-ups require the CEO’s involvement. I’m especially passionate about helping leaders and teams work more intentionally, freeing people up to do the uniquely human work that drives the business forward.
